No problem. Your arrival message includes the access details you need. Use them with your phone number at the assigned locker.
How long can my package stay?▾
Your pickup message shows the collection window for that parcel. Collect within that window to avoid any storage charge shown for the order.
How is personal storage different?▾
Package collection and personal storage have separate time limits. A storage booking lasts for the period you purchase, while a parcel follows the collection window shown in its arrival message.
Is there a weight or size limit?▾
Yes. Each parcel size has maximum dimensions and a weight limit. Check the current rate card before sending.
Can businesses use LocQar?▾
