Common questions

Do I need the LocQar app to return something?

No. The return code arrives by SMS — type it at any locker screen to drop the parcel.

What if my package is too big for a locker?

Most parcels fit. If yours doesn't, the return code also works at any Dropbox Agent — they'll handle oversized items.

How long do I have to drop off a return?

Your return code is valid for 14 days from when you receive it. Plenty of time.

When do I get my refund?

Refunds are released within 48 hours of the parcel being dropped at the locker. You get an SMS the moment it clears.

What if I don't have my original order details?

Your phone number is the link. As long as the return was opened against the order, you don't need anything else.
